Don't order a tv online.

I do not know if the tv works well but what I do know is that I will think twice about ordering anything from Sam's club again. They shipped through Fed Ex, for 11 straight days in the morning I received a text from Fed Ex it would be delivered, I waited all day and every evening I got a message that it was delayed due to severe weather. One day it did snow but only 2 inches but I will give them that, another day it was 52 degrees, sunny and no wind (still classified as severe weather by Fed Ex). After two calls with Sam's club they finally agreed to return my money as they no longer had this tv in stock. Two days later Fed Ex delivers the box totally banged up. Called Sam's club for Fed Ex to come get the tv as I was positive the tv was broken by how badly the box was tore up. They picked it up on a Monday evening, came on Tuesday morning to pick up the tv again that they had picked up the night before. Then on Saturday they redelivered the tv. I was flying out of state the next morning so did not call Sam's club to come pick it up until I returned. Now I have sat another day waiting for Fed Ex to be a no show. I have spent 13 days waiting on Fed Ex, two phone calls to Fed Ex and four phone calls to Sam's club. I am so over dealing with both companies. Now I have a 65 inch broken tv in my home with no way of getting it out as it will not fit in my vehicle so I will be making another call to Sam's club. Should not have to beg for Sam's club or Fed Ex to offer decent customer service.
