The picture is perfect, I plugged it in and it walked me through the set up process. Very easy to do. The sound from the tv itself is amazing. No need for any extra speakers. The stand / feet that come with the tv are a bit wobbly, would recommend a wall mount or tv stand.

We were required to call a number on the set up screen from the TV to install and be able to use it. It was a 3rd party company ANVbusinessconsulting@gmail.com. They tried to charge me 109.00 for a set up fee. Without paying the fee, the TV does not work. I found out this is a scam. DO NOT BUY A VIZIO TV!

I admit, I was foolish for letting Walmart Bamboozle me into this low budget “Black Friday Deal” that I definitely didn’t need. The leg stands are killing me! Recommend having 2 people lift if you plan on using the legs because they are completely unstable; the tv is really heavy and would be better off mounted or away from anything that could potentially tip it over ( if you plan on using them) Don’t get me wrong, the quality is okay, remote is a little getting used to for me but it hasn’t been a week so I will have to come back and update my review in the near future..

I would like a full refund! I live in the bahamas and this tv is not working its like the tv is a shell i can watch anything on it because its like its lock to America i can’t even watch my fire stick this is a complete waste of me money. I am highly upset an i need my funds or i need a tv that i can’t actually use

So far, so good. Decent picture for the price. Only used once so far but when i first starting using it, the picture was blurry and small on some channels. I'm guessing it needed to run an update as it appears fine now. Motion is a little blurry but only 60hz refresh isn't high enough for this size tv. I'm happy with my purchase so far.

TV itself is fine picture looks fine everything is fine but one thing is absouletly horrible about this tv and its the WIFI adapter. there is NO ETHERNET PORT ! the WIFI is so bad you have to unplugg the tv once or twice sometimes more than that a day to reset it and then it will work for a few hours and sometimes it will work good for half a day but then out of no where it starts hanging up on any thing you want to watch. if you have xbox or any other extension to use for the tv then its good to go. If you are buying this TV as a stand alone TV and to use the smart features from it...forget it! you will be pulling your hair out!!!!

The ONLY dislike I have for the Vizio 65” tv is that I could not find a way to use my tv without having to install an app on my phone. I dislike having my phone cluttered with apps and such. Maybe there is a way to use the tv without having to use an app but I couldn’t find it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new and immediately it started shutting itself down. Someone came and replaced the power board and it was good for 2 days, then started shutting itself down again. We got a replacement tv and the same thing, there’s obviously a glitch in this specific tv

I know i put this in all of my reviews but i feel that it shows how sincere i am when i say a product is a great value...i am a single mother and really put a lot of research and though into my purchases because i do not have a lot of extra money to spend. The picture quality is fantastic. Speakers are great. Size is mind-blowing (for me at least). The built in features are very nice and it was easy to set up. You will need at least 2 people to handle it though. It communicates well with my Google Home Mini and Google Home app on my phone. It has a screensaver that stays if you turn it on but don't choose an app and my 7 year old son and I even enjoy just having that on.

Great tv for the price, however setup took days. Could not access apps pre-installed on the tv. Every time I turned the tv on for the first 3 days it needed to do an update. After several days I was finally able to turn the machine on without it needing to update and the apps all began to work properly.
