Had for less than one year and the vinyl underneath the slide has completely disintegrated and will not hold water anymore. I reached out to Sam's Club for a return and was told they would call me back, never did. I tried multiple times. Tried reaching out to the company as well and there's no warranty. We used the slide on grass with a tarp underneath so makes no sense that the bottom would have been destroyed. Very disappointed and will not ever purchase another from this company.

Water slide ripped at the seam during the 1st use with only our 3 year old playing on it. We sent an email to the company %26 they suggested using patches that came with it. For the price of this slide, it should have lasted years. We patched several splits in the two months it was used, mostly at the seams. 100% would not purchase anything from this company again.

I bought this last year. It is huge and everyone in the family loves it. I put a large blue tarp under it so it last longer and doesn't get ruined with mud and dirt. We let the air out let it air dry and blow it off the next day. We then store it in a container.

It was AMAZING for 2 days. Kids, adults, it was solid as rock. Then we moved it across the lawn and 1 day later blew it up and it was not holding air as well. My 4 year old's but was hitting the ground at the bottom of the slide because it was sinking so bad. Nothing happened to it. Got a replacement and the replacement was even worse straight out of the box. Extremely disappointed as the design is awesome with the large pool kids don't have to get out and back in and drag grass and dirt in as they run around to go again. We LOVED it the first day of the first one we got so we know how good it CAN be.

Very dissatisfied with this product. I purchased a smaller slide from Sam's a few years ago and it was made well and lasted. We purchased this one to accomodate more grandkids and it has fallen apart in a year. The bottom material tore away from the pool layer and won't hold water and there are multiple holes throughout the inflated area.

First year I thought this it was great, didn't make it through the winter and crumbled when we set it up the next spring. Bought another one, it was great all summer. I dried it out, rolled it up, and stored it inside during the winter, went to set it up and it crumbled again! Even with proper storage!! I was so mad! It's great for a one summer use, but that's an expensive thing to keep buying year after year.

I first purchased this triple water slide in 2022 and it has been great since ! It was my mistake to have left it out in the yard , folded but in direct sunlight during cold months so the vinyl bottom layer started to peel off and was no longer water proof and would no longer hold water inside the pool area . Found that Sam's still continues to sell the same water slide so decided to purchased a new one . The 2022 version was way better quality compared to what I received today and I'm glad I still have the old one to show the difference. My daughter wanted to inflate the new one to “test it out and check the new colors” but at full inflation, I instantly noticed it would sink much more than what the older one would . I climbed up and did not feel much support and I'm only 130lbs , my daughter is 45lbs . The material is way thinner , easier manageable. The older version , much thicker , heavy duty . I'm concerned the quality won't last as long as the older version did . Also noticed tons of small perfectly puncture holes on the bottom of the inflatable side . Might consider requesting a replacement because it looks like a possible defect . Just be warned , don't expect the good quality that they use to make . Not much heavy duty feel to it anymore . Tried to upload photos to show the difference but Sam's app is not allowing it .

Thought it was great at first and the kids loved it. The issue is, it didn't even last a year. The space after the slide is too short and once the kids are wet, they slide down super fast and end up hitting the edge of the pool. The pool ended up tearing where the bottom met the edge. Tried to fix, but it tore even worse in a week. A lot of money for something that lasted only a few months at most.

We purchase this slide every year and it holds up throughout the summer season but unfortunately once we get it out of storage we have issues with it tearing. But my kids love this slide and we always order another one. However this year we have had it rip in two spots that children don't touch.

12 kids ages 15-1 years of age played on this for hours and it held up well. I suggest heavier kids going down middle slide. I even got one if a few times. Im 5’7 280 lbs. It dries easily. It sets up easily. Would definitely recommend. Also put up dry to prevent it molding.
