Im quite happy with the umbrella. Our first day, it was incredibly windy on the beach. Im surprised it didnt turn the thing inside out, honestly. But it held up quite nicely with a bit of bracing with heavy coolers... it stayed put! Nice size coverage and feels like well made.

I bought the umbrella when I bought the chairs to have a matching set. The size is nice. It gives good shade. The only thing I recommend is make sure you go deep enough into the sand. When I was at the beach, it was a little windy and it pulled out of the sand. I’m just glad it didn’t hit anybody. I was able to re-anchor deeper in the sand.

We purchased 2 umbrellas and went to the beach with them the next day. The umbrellas were used to replace our previous umbrella that lasted 8+ years. The little upgrades made a big difference. I like this umbrella much better and would highly recommend this beach umbrella to anyone.

We chose the Red White and Blue striped model and love it. We actually purchased two for a group of 7 of us. The screw bottom worked effortlessly to secure it into the beach sand. One day was a little winding but both held up great. Very happy for our purchase.

Good price for screw in ground/sand beach umbrella. We haven’t tried it in the sand at beach but screwed into mulch and ground to shade plants we have. It would easily screw into sand but not sure how well it would do in windy situations. But for the price, worth a shot.

Three things are wrong with this umbrella. First, it not really 50 UV protection. Second, the push button on the post got jammed inside the post. Third, the plastic handles on the post are terrible, because when they are open and you press down on them while turning the post to screw into the sand, the handles naturally fold down. Poorly engineered.

The umbrella itself is great. However, the screw at the bottom that goes into the sand needs to be larger because on a windy day it does not hold in the sand. Also, the fold down handles that help you to screw it into the sand need to be stronger. Once you hit a certain depth and the sand is hard packed, the handles bend and feel like they will break off.

it’s a gorgeous umbrella, really easy to use and set up. HOWEVERRRR i wish this would’ve come with those weighted sacs you fill with sand for the umbrella. it wouldn’t stop falling over and even flew away at one point (which idk how bc we put it deep into the sand). this is my first beach umbrella so its probably user error but i do still believe it could’ve come with a sand bag. i ended up attaching it to my beach wagon and it got all scratched up bc of the wind :(

The extension pole only goes in a couple inches and the "push button" is plastic and does not hold the pole well enough to keep the umbrella from falling out. Maybe if there is absolutely no wind, it may stay, but we could not get it to stay locked in long enough to find out. We returned it with no problems, but was without an umbrella for the day. I also feel like the screw in tip could be very dangerous if the umbrella happens to fly out.

I returned already 1 and im about to return the second one. The button is stiff and very hard to push and there is thread coming out of all the seams around the umbrella
