[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this 100 inch Vizio . I am absolutely in love with it. The picture is clear and the colors bright. I love all the free channels.

I purchased this TV on March 5, and by June 5 it has already stopped working properly. The screen is now displaying severe distortion and is completely unusable, despite normal household use and proper care. I am very disappointed with the quality and durability of this product. A television should last much longer than three months. I would not recommend this TV based on my experience and hope the manufacturer will address this issue under warranty.

I purchased the TV in December %26 am very happy with the picture %26 sound quality when watching content that is broadcast in 4k, using my 8k HDMI cables. That includes most apps, but not Cox cable channels. Only a few of them are broadcast in 4k, so they appear grainy on such a large screen. My biggest complaint is with remote control compatibility. The remote that comes with the TV is simplistic %26 easy to use, however the power button doesn't always work %26 I sometimes power the TV on using the Vizio app. Also, compatibility between the TV remote, the Cox cable remote, my soundbar %26 cable box are inconsistent. Many times we have to switch back and forth between the 3 remotes to make sure everything is powered on or off. It's very frustrating!!

Online the delivery said next day when I ordered it. Then after placing the order it changed to 10 days later. Then they said I can't pick it up in store since it is already being processed from a warehouse in another state and so the only option is to wait 7 days for the refund and repurchase in store which ties up the money 2X when it should be so simple to either post accurate delivery dates or convert from delivery to pick up in store. Very disappointed in Sams over this and will take my business elsewhere.

Must be nice to sell a product for $1500 knowing it is garbage. Do not waste your time with this TV, I have had it for a couple of weeks and it is already doing all of the things the real reviews say. The tv turns off randomly, has issues recognizing any HDMI plug in, you have to unplug the tv all the time to either get it to recognize and HDMI or turn on. Just because it is “on sale” does not mean you should sell something for $1,500 and customers should just expect it to not work. Shame on Vizio and Sam's.

I will change my 1-star review only after I see what happens AFTER several updates came down because I've had a TV like this and with the last updates I had to remove apps that I watched and updates I still can't get downloaded! 🤦‍♀️🙄

We bought this TV December 2025 and have had issues with it ever since. TV would power off and back on by itself when watching it and then it would just turn its self back on after turn it off and leaving the house after awhile to see it back on when returning home. Vizio sent out a technician to replace main board and power board and seem to work ok for 1 day then back with the same issues. Also sound would not come on sometimes and also not pairing with our home entertainment system that well as when turning everything off the TV would just go into sleep mode and not shutting off completely.

I GAVE IT 4 STARS FOR 2 REASONS: WHEN CONNECTED TO A QUALITY 4K BLU-RAY PLAYER, %26 A MOVIE THAT IS PRODUCED IN DOLBY VISION HDR THE PICTURE QUALITY IS TRULY MAGNIFICENT, HDR10 %26 10 ALMOST EQUALLY SO. 2.) THE SETTINGS MENU IS ABUNDANT FOR CALIBRATION PURPOSES %26 MORE IN DEPTH SETTINGS ON THE VIZIO APP ALTHOUGH, U NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE %26 SPEND THE TIME TO REALLY DIAL IT IN. THIS T.V.
