This cereal tastes very good to me, lightly sweetened with a straightforward ingredients list. Unlike most cereals it isn't fortified with vitamins though

My husband loves these cereals. Because that he is a diabetic, these cereals are right for him. Could use a little more fruit in the box, but otherwise great tasting.

I had noticed that SAM'S in Torrance, CA had no sugar-free cereal. I talked to the check out lady and she actually knew about the brand I was looking for, immediately wrote herself a note. The next time I shopped there, I was pleasantly surprised to find Cascading Farms, the exact cereal I was looking for. Kudos to this employee and to SAM'S for listening to a customer! Try this cereal. I switched from a name brand which had added sugar in it, and won't go back!

This cereal is THE BEST!!! GREAT TASTE AND VERY CRUNCHY!! NOT TOO SWEET AND EVEN THOUGH IT HAS SOME CARBS IT DOES NOT SPIKE MY BLOOD SUGAR!! I BOUGHT 4 BOXES AND PLAN TO BUY 20 MORE BEFORE IT GOES OFF SALE SEPT 30TH!! EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE "HEALTHY" TASTING THINGS!! EXCELLENT-O!!!

i have a very rare Autoimmune disease called Relapsing Polychondritis and this cereal is allowed on my strict anti inflammatory diet. It has no added sugar but I have added organic raspberries and blueberries to it because it needs more fruit in it. I really like the crunchiness of this cereal and wish more no added sugar cereals were available from Cascadian Farms.

These “healthier” breakfast cereals need to have five times the fruit in them then they do now looks good. The pictures always look good but the cereal or the product never matches the hype of the marketing or the advertising. This is the same way. It’s good I like it. I would buy it again if I was out and found myself in the aisle, remembering I’m out, but I would not put it on my list and go there specifically to get it.

I really wanted to like this cereal. I use to buy CF granolas to add to my yogurt so I thought it would have some flavor. I'm sorry to say, the flakes taste like cardboard and gets soggy really fast. The only enjoyable bites were if you had a piece of the strawberry or blueberry. CF missed the mark with these flakes.

I just bought this and over the past week we consumed the 2 bags of cereal inside, for every bowl that was poured there were very few "berries". IOW you are buying cornflake cereal with a hint of a berry or two.

Very little taste. I bought this because Special K is no longer being stocked.

I would prefer to eat chemical laden cereal over this. Even though bags were sealed, the flakes tasted and had the texture of soggy cardboard. on top of that, it was a scavenger hunt to find the 'fruit', most of which (maybe a dozen pieces) were at the bottom of the bag.
