Seems to be good quality. But there are screws on the bottom of the wooden base that hold the embedded steel support, and those screws were very loose.

I have had the chair for 3 yrs, Mon-Fri use. has held up great, people like the coffee brown exposed sides.

The only negative if there is one is the arm rests sit a little too high for me. It’s fine when working on the computer. There is enough room for my arms to also rest next to me so it works.
