Loving the zero gravity for back relief, raising head/foot slightly to make changing linens so much easier vs lifting heavy mattress and reading in bed with raising up the head.

It's a great bed and provides us with a comfortable nights rest Very happy with the product and service

We had a base with only adjustable head and switching to head and foot was super great for end of the day rest before sleeping.

Do not purchase. White glove delivery is a joke. Delivery team was going to leave on porch said assembly not included, kept on saying another team. Recorded on Ring. Escalated via Serta and RXO, delivery service now saying the room was not clear. Not explained prior or at delivery and certainly not the real reason. Tired of dealing with it. Will assemble ourselves.

The "White Glove Delivery and setup" is a joke. The delivery guys were grumpy and just dumped the box in my living room and grudgingly took the old bed away. If you are ordering this because of the delivery and setup, the delivery was over 30 days after purchase and the setup was almost nil.
