This rug is very soft. It is a perfect size for a small living room. The colors and patterns make your room pop. It is perfect for a small family to have to keep the room looking nice. It's very light and not heavy to pick up at all.

Really pretty and really soft! However, “washable” is not as easy as it sounds and you cannot vacuum it. The material and the way it's made just does not allow a vacuum to go over it. Honestly it was a pain to clean. Will probably get something else.

Beautiful, soft rug. The colors are bright and create a cozy feel in my bedroom. The red trim is not exactly red, but rather a rusty, brownish red which highlights %26 works with my wood floors. From the pictures I couldn't tell for sure. Completely happy with it.

This rug is very soft and looks nice. However it is impossible to vacuum. It’s too thin and gets sucked into both our vacuums (dyson stick vacuum and bissell standard style). How am I supposed to keep this clean?? I have not tried washing it because of this, I do not want to deposit all the dog hair and other debris into our washer and ruin that. Love the rug but it’s absolutely useless to us if we can’t even vacuum it.

I bought this 6x9 washable rug one month ago. I needed it as I have an old dog that has started having overnight accidents. first let me say it is incredibly soft and stayed in place without a rug pad. Spills beaded up and was easily picked up but thats where the good ended. My vacuum has a suction setting and even with minimal suction the rug was always getting sucked up in the vacuum. After 3 weeks the stains in the rug were no longer coming out so into my xlarge front loader the rug went. I pretreated the stains but the rug came out filthy. Not even the grime from footprints came out in the wash. I live in an apartment so hanging the rug out to dry was not an option. The instructions said no dryer.

Extremely hard to vacuum. It dosentstay flat so it bunches up and gets caught in the vacuum causing little snags. Tried washing several times. I have a 7.0 cu ft washer and it is unable to wash this rug. It gets too heavy and throws off the balance every time. Too heavy to put in the dryer as well.

If you're buying this and think you're going to be able to vacuum it, don't. Just received today, layed it out on the floor and went to run my Dyson over it and it just gets sucked up into the vacuum. This thing cannot be vacuumed, at least not with a Dyson. This is bad news considering I have cats.

Sorry if this is gross to some - we have a problem with our little dog peeing on the rug. We decided a washable rug would be our best bet to try and fight stains and odors. We have had the rug down for one day, and I am thoroughly impressed. Our little dog did what she tends to do, and not one drop soaked into the rug. It was just a puddle that beaded up on top of the surface. (Tried loading a picture but it isn’t working) I was hesitant to purchase this because I didn’t want it to be a waste of money. But I’m glad I did! I hope after a few washes it stays this repellent!

Received my rugs with ripped packaging exposing the rugs and rugs were dirty One rug even had a dirty bandaid stuck to it. Opened both packages completely to find out both were not even the right rugs.I spent over an hour with customer service (which is less than stellar and 2 different associates abruptly ended my conversation with them (1 of which was a supervisor). The wrong rugs are being returned and I had to reorder the rugs. Hopefully the packaging will be intact and I will recive the correct rugs. I have runners in these rugs and love them otherwise I would look for a rug elsewhere. I would think a company of this magnitude would have better customer service and better shipping and packaging. The rugs were not even wrapped to be protected from a potential tear in the low quality plastic they were shipped in. Do better than this Sam's.

This rug is really pretty, but I am going to return it. We have a cordless vacuum and it will barely vacuum without sucking up the rug (even on lowest setting) because it is so thin. If you own pets, and need to vacuum often, this is not the rug for you!
