I ordered two rugs, different colors. The first one arrived and i am happy with it. The 2nd one was erroneously shipped and it was not the rug i ordered. After three weeks of back and forth calls and trying to get the rug i ordered, i finally had to cancel my order. The CS reps are very uneducated, i had to escalate my issue twice and even then it was a big mix up. You need to do better with the order shipments!

You cannot vacuum this carpet. It’s super light, I end up sweeping it but it accumulates dog hair.

We bought 3 different sizes of these rugs and love them all. They feel so soft and more like real carpet than our cheap washable rug from another store. My only complaint is that the edges catch in the vacuum easily, so I’ve learned to stay away from edges when vacuuming. We will definitely be buying more!
