Better than I expected! The colors are neutral and could match any room. Laid down flat with no bumps. It’s extremely soft! You just want to touch it with your hands and feet. Easy to vacuum. I have not had to wash it yet, but will update when I do.

This is my third one! These are so soft and worth every penny. We have three kids and pets and these are now a household staple. Wash well and stain resistant. Great price and great value.

Love these carpets!!!! The color/design is beautiful, they are lightweight and soft to touch. Not sure how they hold up after washing but so far I’m very impressed, so much so I bought five in different sizes.

I absolutely love this rug. Its a bit smaller than my sectional but works perfect in my living room. It's so soft on your feet, if you're barefoot. My 3 dogs have played on it and haven't left any issues with it.

I have been looking for an affordable/ washable rug and I love this! It is beautiful and so soft! We have it in a high traffic area and it shows no wear and tear. I will be buying more!

It is very soft and does stay put without a rug pad; however, the it's impossible to vacuum, I have tried the Dyson, Hoover and Rainbow and unless the roller is off, you cannot vacuum it. I haven't tried washing it yet.

This rug is really pretty, but I am going to return it. We have a cordless vacuum and it will barely vacuum without sucking up the rug (even on lowest setting) because it is so thin. If you own pets, and need to vacuum often, this is not the rug for you!

We bought 3 different sizes of these rugs and love them all. They feel so soft and more like real carpet than our cheap washable rug from another store. My only complaint is that the edges catch in the vacuum easily, so I've learned to stay away from edges when vacuuming. We will definitely be buying more!

Received my rugs with ripped packaging exposing the rugs and rugs were dirty One rug even had a dirty bandaid stuck to it. Opened both packages completely to find out both were not even the right rugs.I spent over an hour with customer service (which is less than stellar and 2 different associates abruptly ended my conversation with them (1 of which was a supervisor). The wrong rugs are being returned and I had to reorder the rugs. Hopefully the packaging will be intact and I will recive the correct rugs. I have runners in these rugs and love them otherwise I would look for a rug elsewhere. I would think a company of this magnitude would have better customer service and better shipping and packaging. The rugs were not even wrapped to be protected from a potential tear in the low quality plastic they were shipped in. Do better than this Sam's.

I bought 2 of these rugs so we could wash due to having 2 dogs. One of my pups had an accident (#1) and it just laid on top of the rug not soaking through. I soaked it up with just paper towels and disinfectant. I would give this rug a 10 if I could!!! Kudos!!!!
