They were good very meaty. You'll have to cook them a bit before they're tender.

These lamb chops are quite good but a bit gamey. Prepared them on the grill with Beau Monde seasoning and garlic. Better with a mint sauce.

Like the way they are cut but the price has become ridiculous. Up at least $3.+ than a few months ago.
