Since they are made with almond flour and natural ingredients, they are a good snack for the whole family. The product is gluten-free for people who must or choose to avoid regular flours.

I like the fact that they are all natural and have a simple ingredient profile. They only downside to these is that they are a little small, I wish they we just a bit bigger.

If you've ever baked anything with almond flour, then you know there's a certain taste that comes with using it in your baked goods. Simple Mills does a good job of masking that taste. I think the only con I'm seeing is that the bar is too dry. Since it's made with bananas, I expected it to be moist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try something different something healthier so I tried Spring Mills dark chocolate Almond flour bars they were not as good as I thought they would be I’m so use to my old sugary snacks but they have all great ingredients in them and if you are into a healthy life style and eating I would definitely recommend them
