I thought the consistency of the bar was very soft with a robust flavor. I loved the subtle bursts of chocolate and knows that all of the ingredients I was consuming were health conscious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have a pretty good flavor and the nutty taste definitely improves the bar. If you've ever baked anything with almond flour, then you know there's a certain taste that comes with using it in your baked goods. Simple Mills does a good job of masking that taste. I think the only con I'm seeing is that the bar is too dry. Since it's made with bananas, I expected it to be moist.

Most of the ones we buy are healthy but pretty sweet in taste. The first bite of the bar was different than I expected. It really is not sweet, but I wasn't bothered by it at all. Though it was different, I liked it. The texture is very much like a soft and chewy cookie but it's not dense. A bit grainy because of all the seeds. A good snack that doesn't taste like dessert. The dark chocolate chips and almonds are good, chocolate isn't too bitter. I was positively sure my kids would not like these but they asked for more. My wife thought they were very good, a perfect light breakfast for her. They are good sized bars and they fill you up. Easily a pantry staple for us!

I will have to try their other flavors. If they are as good as these were then I will need to keep them in the freezer so I don't eat them all right away. I do recommend trying them.

This product did both. It healthy the texture is very good not dry or gritty like most gluten free products either.

These have changed my mind of eating something healthier that actually tastes really good! They have a great flavor and I like that they are soft baked. I can’t wait to try more flavors.
