It's firm but still gives great support to my back and hips. The price is great for this mattress. It really feels like this mattress will last a long time and be very durable. Even my 6 foot husband finds this mattress super comfortable. We haven't had any "holes" where we sleep either. It keeps its form and doesn't sag anywhere. I would definitely buy another one of these mattresses in the future.

Used before we turned on AC, no sweating,or shifting sheets. I find myself not tossing and turning, not sinking into a squishy mattress. So nice to lay down and it is firm. Passed the bouncing test as my 2 yr old granddaughter gave it a try. It did not show indentation where she walked and bounced. I can climb on it and it doesn't sink in. I am very pleased and thankful.

The soft pillow top I had before did absolutely nothing to help with my back pain. After 3 nights of sleeping on my Serta my back pain has lessened and my sleep has improved. I never realized how much my sleep was impacted until I got a better mattress. I can not recommend it enough, even my toddlers fell asleep right away on it.

I was a little hesitant with a “firm” mattress, but I have mold back problems that I could tell my old mattress wasn’t helping with. Stomach or side sleepers, this is a great mattress. Firm, pillowtop, breathable and comfortable. I have been using for five days now and notice I get a good and comfortable sleep. Mattress is high, but not too high and my queen bedsheets fit perfect.
