too old and hurts my old body

Hello Not sure why it is taking 3 whole nights to get it fully charged We use 5v power adapter Is it a right power adapter Thank you

I used it twice and the third time I turned it on it sounded like a jackhammer. This thing is vibrating itself to death very quickly. The two times I did use it it was pretty great but the second time I used it I had headphones on so I didn't hear it break or notice anything off. I read online that in order to get a replacement from Sharper Image you need to pay to have access to customer service. Hopefully Sams will have an extra unit I can exchange for this one by the time I get back to the store on the opposite side of town. The original box did have a dented corner but it was very minimal damage that should NOT have caused any damage to the product, especially with the protective case the massager comes in and the fact that it's literally a procession massager that should be designed to handle vibration or small impacts. I have a feeling this is just going to be a refund situation, but if anything changes I'll update this review. Oh, another thing that I want to discuss, on my first use of this massager, I used it in bed on my hip and glutes. I rolled onto my side into a position that offered better access to a giant knot I have had in my hip. When I found the knot, I stayed on it and worked on it for a few min. When I looked at the massager the next day, I noticed I had melted a spot on the massager head from the friction caused by either rubbing on my blanket or clothing. That's absolutely insane to me. Be careful what you touch with the massager or how long you stay in contact, I guess. I couldn't find any melted spots on anything else, just a spot of damage on the massager
