Sound isn’t clear

Fantastic headphones that sounds great and stay where they are meant to. Only a slight problem where I try to put them in the case and they are still connected to my phone. This is more than likely my fault, just got to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I wore these a few times for about an hour and half each time. It rubbed my ear so bad that it caused a blister on my ear and the battery life will die and have to recharge the case after every use. I did not have the barcode but had the packaging. The store would not return the item. I call customer support with sams and they could not help either. Now I have a pair I cant wear.

Love the color, it stands out and looks really upscale! The OpenDots One are great, comfortable to wear all day and the sound is very nice and balanced. I have had several Samsung ear buds and they are uncomfortable to wear and the sound always horrible, it's tinny and never loud enough, no matter how high I turn it up.

Pretty pleased with these. Very comfortable, light, and will not fall out. Sound quality is just right (customize within the app). Battery is great as well. If comfort and falling out of the ear are issues for you, give these a shot, don't think you'll be disappointed.

I received the black OpenDots as an ambassador gift and ordered the red ones for myself. I’m absolutely in love with the quality and battery life. As a slower runner that can easily take 6+ hrs for a marathon, the OpenDots one will be my long run headphones of choice.

I was dubious about trying open-ear headphones but after trying them I am so happy! For what I use them for, they are great. I use them at my office job and they allow me to listen to what I want to, while being comfortable and allowing me to hear if someone is knocking on my door. The charge lasts all day. They are perfect for what I use them for, but using them in a not quiet environment kind of sucks. I tried to use them at the gym but due to overheard music and general gym noise it is very difficult to hear my music.

I highly recommend the Dots. I have small ears and until now had not found headphones that fit properly while I workout (run, lift, metcons). The Dots fit, stay in my ears, and have great sound. They are also easy to use and the color is great (I got the red). I ordered the over the ear headphones first, which did not fit. However, the return process with Shokz was quick and easy.
