I have extremely sensitive skin and ears. I can't wear other ear buds as they don't fit in my ears well enough to be secure and are not at all comfortable. These are, for the most part, so comfortable I'll forget they are in. Having said that, as I do have very sensitive skin and ears, I will occasionally get some mild discomfort from where they are placed when I wear them for a very long time. I may need to double check their positions to see if that is the issue. But they are the most comfortable for me to wear of any I've tried. I also appreciate that I don't have to worry about them falling out during exercise. They fit very securely. If you download the app you can make adjustments to optimize the sounds when you are listening to an audio book versus playing music. I also tested out the feature where you diminish back ground sounds when you are on the phone and it has worked well.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love my new Shokz. I now have them in 4 colors (goes with different outfits). The black OpenDots I wear at work. Everyone thinks they're earrings. LOL. . . . . . I am very pleased. My ears are very sensitive, I can't wear anything in the ear. I travel a lot and the OpenDots I can wear in the airports and also be aware of my surroundings. I am also an Equestrian and they allow me to ride and also again be aware of my surroundings, which is very important when you sitting on a very large, very heavy, skittish horse. Thank you.

These are everything I wanted. Very comfortable on even my very sensitive ears, work fine with glasses, and you don't have to stick them inside your ear. Problem is, the charging case has stopped working within weeks of getting them. First I noticed that the shokz remained connected to my phone even after putting them into the box and closing it. I tried forgetting the Bluetooth device, restarting everything, cleaning all contacts, etc. it didn't change anything. I just left them charging for the last hour, and I opened them and they're only 20% charged. Unfortunately a deal breaker with otherwise a perfect product. . .

I love the dots. I, unfortunately will not be able to use them as where the metal parts touch my skin i break out in a rash. I am so bummed. They are so light weight. I like not having to push the tiny buttons for on and off. I wear my other Shokz so much that I wear out those controls.

First pair of open ear / on ear headphones and I love them. Calls have worked great although I use them mostly to listen to audiobooks. For somone who has always found earbuds uncomfortable these are an amazing change, so comfy! And I love that the pieces are interchangeable as I usually only wear one at a time.

to me, the price is fair, the quality is good, and its user friendly. i'm pretty sure i'm never buying anything but shokz ever again. fair warning to anyone who's never used over/open ear: it's a different kind of weight on your ears, and they might hurt/get sore the first couple of uses. your ears need time to adjust to the additional weight, and the feeling goes away within a week or two. after that, you'll forget you even have them on. just an fyi!

This is my second pair. And you guys never seem to let me down. The new pair have better connection and less fade. Sound quality is like wearing a pair of Koss Headphones. (dating myself). You bring out another colour and I'll probably will have to buy it. I tell everybody that'll listen to me about Shokz products. And I have tried several other brands to see the scope of things. 100% Pickled Tink!!

I really like not having the bar across the back of my neck like with my other shokz, but I do have a hard time starting and stopping the music and increasing and decreasing the volume. Sometimes I tap twice and nothing happens. Sometimes both of my fingers are on either side of the battery pack to adjust the volume but nothing happens. Overall I am very pleased. Still trying to figures some things out, though.

I've got many of Shokz products and like most of them ( except the bone conduction headphones with extended microphone that broke in both I bought), and I even recently got Openfit2 for it's long battery life, but once I decided to get couple of new ear piercings, my Openfit2 would most likely be too uncomfortable to wear for a while. So, I thought I'll have to get back to wearing Bose open ear buds, which I deeply dislike due to horrible call quality, that's when I've seen email about new Shokz arrival and I'm so happy I didn't skimp out on it. I work in delivering, so I listen to audio Bible and sermons all the time- I hate dead air, so with a quick recharge I can use my Open Dots all day and so far not once my husband complained about not hearing me, which is amazing, because how bad Bose once are. And sound quality is good too, although I didn't get it for listening to music. I'm still figuring out how to stop and start sound, it is obviously more complicated, than having a button to press, but overall it was very good purchase. Especially the red color, I love it

These things are awesome! I can listen to music while I work and still help customers and team members out without taking them off. Call and voice clarity are great. I usually only wear one while at work and it last all day. But together, music sounds great! And you can't even tell they're there.
