First off, this model has a nice heavy weight to it which I personally appreciate after years of using cheap single use disposal shavers. The design is very slick and pleasant to the eyes. The included stand really compliments the product overall and works well. Thanks to the superior quality multiple blades on the replaceable razor, I was shocked how easily it shaved off my thick stubborn facial hair with just a single pass. Found myself an all-time new favorite shaver! Would highly recommend. Looking forward to using it again soon! 10/10.

It is heavy duty and doesn’t feel like it will break when I use it. This set comes with the razor, 3 blade refills, a magnetic stand and a travel case. It has everything you need in one package. The blades on this razor are really sharp too and they shave super close which I like. It doesn’t leave stubble behind. The exfoliating bar on it is nice too, and removes any dirt from your face before you shave. The handle of the razor is easy to hold and has a nice grip. I like the magnetic stand as well. When you are done, just stick the razor on the stand and you are good to go. The travel case is nice too and comes in handy if you go on a trip. I do recommend this razor. The included stand was very functional and provides an aesthetically pleasing place to store the razor. The shave you get with this is like none other - close, smooth, no irritation afterwards! The exfoliating blade really works, my skin feels incredibly smooth after just one pass! I also like the magnetic stand - it keeps everything neat. The blades are sharp but gentle. I highly recommend trying it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Gillette Proglide Razor for years, but the GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor almost necessitates a switch! No more cut hairs clogging up the sides of the Proglide, this GilletteLabs Razor worked better than any razor I've owned. While I was initially skeptical of the exfoliating bar, I have found that I have far less irritation than previous blues (not sure how Gillette did it). 10/10

It is light enough in the hand and has a nice pivot spot to work through all the bumps and grooves of a face. However it doesn't blow me away in anything it does. Do I feel like I get a good shave with this razor, absolutely. However I can get this shave with any razor I have at my house. That is my only complaint, nothing makes this razor stand out to me!

I like the feel of the razor in my hand, and the stand is nice but that’s about it. I don’t find the blades on this to be very sharp, or either the exfoliating bar causes an issue. I’m not sure. The shave isn’t very close and I find myself having to go over the same areas many times. It misses a lot of hair. My face didn’t really feel any smoother, I couldn’t tell any difference than using a regular razor. Unfortunately, after a couple uses I went back to my other razor. For that, I can’t really recommend it to anyone. Not to say that it might work great for someone else.

The blades are more expensive than other Gillette blades but its the top of the range, so its to be expected. The razor is a good design but it does not shave close enough and leaves patches. Let me explain. The top and bottom pads are raised way higher than the blades themselves which in my opinion is the reason for the bad performance.
