[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great razor, I like the pivoting and rotating head of this razor. it maintains close contact to skin and is ultra flexible. Kit comes with 2 razor heads, and a chrome stand with a magnet to hold the razor upright when not in use. I didnt like how you can't remove the head without the protective cover on it though, so do not lose that as the release needs to have it on in order to push it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette labs exfoliating bar razor is a great Razor. It has a little weight to it that makes it more balanced in your hand. The moving head goes side to side, so you can have a smooth shave and the exfoliating bar reduces razor burn.

I have also been blessed with the fact that my skin tends to lean more on the sensitive side, where certain products and razors will break me out. What I loved about this razor is that it gave me an EXTREMELY close shave, that seemed to slow down my regrowth. If I’m not careful about the razors I choose, I’ve been known to get ingrown hairs, but this razor hasn’t done that! My skin feels great throughout the day! The blade seems to hold up well, which is great since I’m a daily shaver. And I love especially that it came with a stand, and I have a dedicated space to keep it rather than throwing it in a drawer or laying it on the counter where it’s exposed to water puddles that could potentially decrease the integrity of the blades. I highly recommend this razor and will continue to repurchase the blades as needed. So far, my face loves this!

I've used many different types/brands of razors, and I believe I have found the perfect one for me. No matter what razor I tend to use, I end up with nicks and razor burn. My skin is extremely sensitive and it's hard to find a razor that doesn't irritate or cause me facial woes. Having used this particular razor for quite some time I have found a couple things of interest. First, the blades are wonderful. They cut right through facial hair without the usual "pulling" feeling. They last even longer than my usual brand as well. The exfoliating works wonders leaving my face soft, smooth and burn free. Secondly, the handle is comfortable to hold and easy to use. It has heft to it and feels solid so it can withstand a few drops by an "oopsie." The movable head works well and holds the angle needed perfectly. I love the design and color. Very modern and simple. Lastly, there's an included stand. I don't really need this (maybe you will), but it's a nice addition and actually holds the razor upright and ready to use. It could've used a spot for extra blades as well, but it's not a huge miss on their end. All in all, this is a solid razor with blades that cut great and left me feeling smooth and irritation free. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a lot of Gillette Razors over the years, and always fond them innovative and effective. This one definitely stands out (literally) with new features. The stand is quite useful, and I like the rubberized base. The lubricating strip is also extra on this newest model. After a full face and head shave, the strip was still leaving a snail trail, and a comfortably shaven pate two days later! Having a predilection for straight blades or DE razors, I'm nervous anytime a blade is allowed to slip sideways, but I have yet to nick myself with the Gillette. My only suggestion would be to make the stand taller and more universal so it can be used with other Gillette models. The magnetic feature is nice, but my other Gillette handles don't fit.

The shave is noticeably closer and smoother than any other razor I have ever used. Aesthetical its perfect. Light in weight, flexible and smoothly go over chin without any risk of cutting. Swivel feature of the razor gives the edge to shaving. Clean cut makes shaving experience smoother. You can clean the foam and hair under the running water during shaving very easily, changing blade is very easy. Loved the new razor.
