[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prefacing: I have been a loyal Harry’s user for over 5 years, so it was fun to try Gillette again for shaving. The razor has a nice weight to it, and the stylish base was a plus, as I could definitely see it sitting on my counter. The razor blades were not as smooth as Harry’s despite being brand new. Overall, decent razor but likely would not switch from Harry’s from price and value standard.

Feels nice and durable the works like butter. Can definitely feel how effective it is on my skin without leaving the stubs and exfoliating bar is not irritating with its scent or on my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole package is well boxed. The handle is firm but easy to hold. The head is flexible to shave or curve around the chin. The blade is sharp and feel smoothly after shaving. It is well designed overall to use for long term

I have used edge for 6 decades but now with the new designed can I just started using is too hard to use. I have to set the can down on the sink and push the button with my whole hand since I can no longer push with my finger. This also leads to getting too much shaving lotion because it is so hard to press. I would have thought Gillette would have tested the ease of use of the can by older people like me. I guess I will have to find a new shaving cream.

I enjoy the smooth, close shave it gives me. The built-in exfoliating strip feels great on the skin coz it clears away any dead skin before the blade glides across. I get fewer nicks and less irritation. The handle feels really premium in my hand, and I love the sleek matte black color. Plus, it comes with a magnetic stand that looks sharp on my bathroom counter and keeps the razor neatly displayed. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and stylish upgrade that I actually look forward to using every morning.

Loving the auxiliary blade on the side of the razor head to shave “awkward” areas of your face, such as the curve of your mustache/goatee. If they made a sensitive version of this razor, I would probably switch. Any other razor would give me razor bumps, so I can’t use this blade on the regular. The stand is a nice touch and I would use it with my other Gillette razors.

The handle feels premium, the shave is super smooth and close, and I love the magnetic stand. It’s pricey, but worth it for daily use. Skin feels clean and refreshed, no irritation so far. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, off the bat this is a FANTASTIC Razor. I had some of the easiest, smoothest, and best shaves of my life this 5-bladed Gillette Labs Razor. This thing literally can move is all directions, gliding and molding to the shape of your face, it’s glorious. The stand it comes with is ultra premiem- it’s also magnetic! (not very strong- the handle fits in a socket in the stand so it’s very secure) the stand holds the Razor upright and presents itself like a freaking trophy. Its very stylish and looks simply awesome in your bathroom. My only gripe is the quality of the 5-bladed cartridge. This kits only comes with 1x cartridge. After my 3rd shave with this Razor I noticed it was easier to nick and cut my face accidentally while shaving. This almost never happens to me with other cheaper brand’s razors. I typically use razor cartridges up to 20 times or more before changing them. But with the Gillette Labs Razor you only receive 1x Razor cartridge and it gave me issues after its 3rd use. Also the blade started to rust after my last shave. This could be a quality control issue or just a bad razor cartridge, but if this Razor cartridge didn’t give me issues and rust this would get a 5/5 and I’d use this Razor for the rest of my life! You may have better luck than I, but I wish it came with atleast 2x Catridges for me to test and I wish the only cartridge I received didn’t rust after a few shaves. I still recommend this Razor regardless. If you’re looking for a Razor that has an ultra smooth shave, premium handle and stand, that looks amazing- then the Gillette Labs Razor is the probably the best Razor on the market!
