You must use some kind of lather. At the 2nd swipe I had to use shave gel to make it tollarable. It pulled alot and nicked me in a lot of places

This is best razor I have by far. It enables smooth trimming along with the bar which exfoliate my skin. So less burning sensation and after effects. I will highly recommend this product.

I have only ever used Gillette razors. I have progressed through the years with every upgrade that's been offered. I now have the GilletteLabs exfoliating bar razor and love it. I haven't gone to the ezpense for the heated one yet, but probably will. The heat makes sense. Gillette is the best

It flexes up and down like other razors but to a greater degree. What's unique is the left and right articulation. Loading and removing cartridges is easy but not as smooth as others. It shaves well and the blades are very sharp. I also love that it has a stand so you have somewhere to leave it. So far a great product.
