I bought it a year ago and it's not the best shave a man can get I like the Bic Flex 5 razor better it's more sharp gives a closer shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this razor for the first time, Gillette taught me the value added of buying a quality razor compared to a generic one. I used to always use the bag of value razors that tend to be cheaper and go “further” or so I taught. I could feel the difference from the first shave using Gillette’s exfoliating bar razor, smoother, sharper, and not having to go back through the same spot more than once. Also, when it’s time to replace it, it’s more convenient to just switch the top part of the razor with a new head and less costly than the first time when you have to invest to buy the handle, which also comes with this razor stands that I have to admit makes a razor look cool and almost part of my bathroom decoration.

The built-in exfoliating bar gently preps my skin before the blades even touch it, which has really helped reduce irritation and razor bumps. The handle feels premium and the pivoting head glides effortlessly along my face. I usually get a smooth, close shave in just one pass. It is pricier than regular razors, but for the quality and comfort I get, I think it’s absolutely worth it.

The new Gillette razor has a great blade but a VERY poorly designed handle. I will not use it long term. The handle is foolishly short and thin and so smooth that it easily slips from a man’s hand. I shave in the shower and drop it constantly winked trying to shave. It was made for someone with tiny hands who does not shave with wet hands
