I like a close shave, and this razor works great. It comes with a built-in exfoliating bar that helps remove debris and dirt off my face before the blades touch my skin, giving me a closer, cleaner shave. The 2D flex of the razor blades contours to the shape of my cheeks and jaw, making perfect contact with my skin. This is a five-blade razor. The razors are thin and flexible and make shaving a smooth experience. They have no issues cutting through my coarse stubble. The diecast zinc metal handle is durable and lightweight. It fits comfortably in my hand. The ribbed rubber grips help to keep my fingers firmly on the razor handle while shaving. I like that this razor comes with a magnetic circular stand that holds my razor upright when I'm finished. It helps to keep it clean and dry for my next use.

The moisturizing strip really allows for a nice shave experience. I think it’s a good value as well for the quality of the materials.

The exfoliating bar noticeably helps reduce post-shave redness, check out my photos for proof. The slight bend in the handle makes it easier to go both up and down, and flicking out hairs (added bonus). Overall, it’s a high-quality (the stand is a nice tough) ,effective razor with a smooth, clean shave. If you’re already a Gillette user, this one keeps up the standard. Not sure how you could be disappointed.

It allows for a smoother shave and since it’s metal and rubber coated it’s durable. The multiple blades allow for a pretty good shave but for some spots you’ll have to go back and shave again.

The built-in exfoliating bar gently preps the skin before the blades even touch it — you can really feel the difference. But this razor did surprise me. Straight out of the package, the razor is solid and well made. The magnetic stand is a nice little touch. This razor is feels good and cuts well. The razor made my neck feel silky smooth and clean. You only get on disposable blade with the razor and refills do cost a bit, I'm willing and happy to pay for quality and performance. I feel this razor is well worth every penny if you're an average shaver wanting a better experience.

It cuts about as well as any other Gillette razor, which is a bit better than your typical D2C razor. Whether that’s a good value is a bit of a personal decision, but I wouldn’t pay more for this versus any other Gillette razor.

The little exfoliating/shave cream stick at the top makes the whole shave even better and smoother. Great price and worth it!
