I'm not sure how different it would feel shaving your face but I've liked it for my use. Even though the stand feels sturdy the handle sitting in the stand can easily get knocked over so don't really care for that piece.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor has a lot of interesting features. It took a little getting used to, since I never had a razor that pivoted before. It comes with a stand that is heavy and looks nice on my sink. The five blades give a super smooth shave and so far the blades seem to stay sharp for a long time. The only issue I have with the razor is that it's a little difficult to shave closely, just under my nose. Overall, a nice product.

Having the head of the razor articulate might sound trivial, but it elevates the shaving experience and works great. Gillette products hold up well as long as you can find the replacement heads. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm honestly impressed. I have thick facial hair and my neck is constantly irritated when I shave. I've used the Mach3 blades for years since more blades usually causes more razor burn. Whatever the green strip does - it seriously works. I had the closest shave of my life (like going to a barber shop) and my neck was not aggregated at all. The extra blades really make a closer shave and I could not believe how well the exfoliating bar actually works on the neck area. I was considering the new straight safety razor set to reduce irritation - but this is all I need. Hopefully the refill blades wont be too expensive!

Even when I go a few days without shaving it gets it in one pass. The exfoliating tip leaves my face feeling smooth and soft. It even comes with a stand for the razor which makes it look very clean and nice in the bathroom. I would definitely buy this again

I love the design, especially the stand that it came with. It was very convenient. The product looks very nice and had a fresh scent to it.
