But after trying this new razor I'm very impressed with this new technology! I can definitely say that this is the best shaving experience I've had for a long time! The skin is left soft and not irritated at all, it's easy to use and very stylish!

I honestly can’t say if the exfoliating bar is doing anything but I’m left with a close shave and no irritation. I like the hefty weight of the razor and also the included stand. The magnetic base stand is beautiful and goes well with my vanity. The cartridge easily applies onto the handle and WOW is it sharp! It has drastically cut down my shaving time at the sink. It doesn't get clogged up with stubble anywhere as fast as the other razors I've owned in the past. Wonderful, smooth clean shave. I really trust Gilette with shaving products and once again, they've knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended!

The blades work well, as is typical for Gillette blades, for the first 4 or 5 shaves and then it is downhill quickly. The sharpness and closeness fades and the blades clog quicker than I would like. The handle has good weight to it and is easy to control. The exfoliating bar just feels like a gimmick and I do not notice any difference using it. Overall, it is a typical Gillette razor just with an added gimmicky bar that does not seem to do anything.

This razor is soft and can easily move in all directions to remove any hair. My face looks very clean. It also came with stand and i can buy more refills instead of buying new razor. Easy to clean and can easily use 5-7 times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's dive right in to it. Gillette has, in my opinion, the highest-quality razors out there. The shave is ALWAYS a nice one. There's no difference to that opinion to be found here. The razor cartridge is outstanding. However, the rest of it is....not. The exfoliating and moisturizing bar didn't do much of anything at all, but that may be because I already use one of their sensitive skin-focused shaving gels. Maybe if I shaved without putting anything on first, there would be a difference, but instead none was noticeable. The handle is nothing special. Sturdy, yes, and an Ok curve, but it's just a handle. That base, though, is ridiculous. There's no need for it. It just takes up space on the counter, where if I wanted to store my razor upright, I could always put it in "the stuff cup" with the rest of my toiletries. All in all, this thing is a gimmick razor. "They all have gimmicks," sure, but this one is the most unnecessary yet in my opinion.
