It was like opening a new apple product - meticulously packed with purpose and design in mind. Second the razor stand is great. I’ve never had a simple razor with a stand so I was impressed. Additionally, I liked the metal handle and overall design of the razor shape. It provides a smooth and clean shave but I didn’t notice much from the exfoliation bar. Overall, great product.

The durability of the razor seems durable, it has a flexible head and you can feel the exfoliating bar on the razor doing its job, I had less razor burn than my normal razor. I didn’t really notice a scent of any kind. I definitely recommend this razor, i think with any razor though it’s the purchasing of the new blades that is always unreasonable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor exceeded my expectations. It is heavy duty and has a good weight to it so you know that you have it in your hand. The metal handle has rubber grips so that it will not slip, and the five blades are great. It offers a close, smooth shave and the swivel head helps to shave around the jaw and chin. Also love the magnetic base that it comes with to help keep it up right and in its place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette labs razor w/exfoliating bar has become my favorite razor for a quick, close, easy shave. The razor kit comes with 1 razor handle, 1 razor cartridge w/exfoliating bar and a handy base for the razor to stand on. I like that base/stand because it fits right in my bathroom cabinet, and I never misplace or lose my razors. In addition, the base is magnetic which allows the razor to stand up, keeps it clean and dry. The razor itself is a 2D flex disc that glides and contours to the grooves of your face comfortably and the closeness is impeccable. The accompanying case to carry your razor and stand in is perfect for travel and fits in my toiletry bag with ease. I will continue to buy and use the Gillette labs brand razors and would highly recommend to others.

I can only speak to my own experience so I’m not going to try and overstate BUT….my skin looked much better after I used this for a few days. I have sensitive skin and it’s prone to irritation but the results were beyond expectation. I am truly a believer that the exfoliating strip works. A smooth shave and great looking skin. What more could I ask for. Well, it comes with a pretty cool stand so yeah, I guess I could.

I have also been blessed with the fact that my skin tends to lean more on the sensitive side, where certain products and razors will break me out. What I loved about this razor is that it gave me an EXTREMELY close shave, that seemed to slow down my regrowth. If I’m not careful about the razors I choose, I’ve been known to get ingrown hairs, but this razor hasn’t done that! My skin feels great throughout the day! The blade seems to hold up well, which is great since I’m a daily shaver. And I love especially that it came with a stand, and I have a dedicated space to keep it rather than throwing it in a drawer or laying it on the counter where it’s exposed to water puddles that could potentially decrease the integrity of the blades. I highly recommend this razor and will continue to repurchase the blades as needed. So far, my face loves this!
