I usually get ingrown hairs and razor bumps even when I shave with the grain. With this razer I didn't have any of those issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, this isn’t my favorite razor I have ever had. The 5 blades are nice and offers an easy smooth shave. However, I rarely cut my face when shaving but I had 3 cuts after my first shave with this razor. Other than that the shave was actually really good and the stand is a cool touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this razor about a week ago and finally used it the other day, as I wanted to have a lot of outgrowth to see how it really works, and I was pleasantly surprised. It gave me a nice smooth clean shave, and I like the way that it made my skin feel afterwards, no razor burn. I love the stand that it comes with and keeps it upright and sanitary. I would absolutely recommend this item, as I have already done with my father and brother in law.

Thought I would try the new Gillette razor and shaving creme. The shipping was quick. I purchased the travel case in hopes it would be of value but I was wrong. Instructions were printed on the case but the lever to open the case is plastic and broke off. This rendered the case worthless so in the trash it went. The shave jell was interesting. I twist the top of the can to open and close the valve so when I placed it in the open position and pressed the button the jell did not come out in a stream but spread out all around the top of the can. In the trash that goes. I ordered two razor stands and they were difficult to get the razor to stay in place. One has to press the handle hard for it to stay in place .In the trash it went also. Well at least I gave it a shot, just didn't work for me.
