First pair of earbuds ever, and I love them. The comfort and fit are amazing, and the sound is just incredible.

Best buds ever! I can't wear in-ear buds because they hurt my ears so bad. These are so comfortable and the sound is great!

I bought these to wear while I run and bike. I think the sound quality is good and they are very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately there is some issue with the bluletooth connection so they keep disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone at random times totally disrupting the listening experience. As far as phone calls go the sound quality for the person on the other end of the call is very poor which makes phone calls essentially impossible.

I thought I loved the previous SHOKZ headphones I owned - until I purchased these. So versatile and the most comfortable version yet - my husband loved them so much he is ready to “lose” his current headphones so he can get a new pair of these. Also the 2 year warranty is a plus.

The fit is great. You can hardly even tell that they are there. Light. Stay in while running. The sound however isn't the best. I've got the OpenRun and absolutely love them. They replaced my Powerbeats pro as my favorite running and everyday headphones. I have to keep adjusting them to get the sound right. The microphone needs work as well. Using these for phone calls, I almost always have to turn off the Bluetooth and use speakerphone. I was super excited about these. They look amazing, I get compliments all the time. I wish the rest were designed a bit better tho

Headphones are really comfortable and sound amazing. I can still hear everything around me, and even with both in I get clear audio but loud enough outside noise. The only complaints I have are that, A. You can't change/skip songs. It'd be great to be able to triple press or long hold and skip the current song. sadly, you can only pause/play and adjust volume. B. The microphone is terrible. If you're on the phone, there's no voice isolation, unlike Beats, Bose, or Apple, so the person you're talking to is going to hear ALL the background noise. Also, the microphone is very odd sounding and almost sounds as if you're in a bathroom with a slight echo. All in all, if you don't plan on using them for calls, they're amazing headphones. If you're a heavy talker (like I am) I'd look into other options.

These buds fit perfectly around my ear and get in the way of absolutely nothing (i. e. , they don't compete with my glasses and sunglasses for hooking over my ears and they don't press against my daith piercing)! They are incredibly lightweight and the color blends in nicely on my ears. I can wear them and get all the motivation I need throughout the day and still hear people when they talk to me. I can also garden along our busy street side of the house and can hear when people (or dogs) approach me. They are perfect for my needs! Love that they can go in either ear! The sound is great too - clear and crisp. I haven't used them on a call yet though but I'm not concerned as the sounds is great enough with music that I have no doubt calls will be fine too.

These are great sound-wise. They are stable and do not fall off my ears even during workouts. Call quality is amazing. The person on the other end can hear me very well. Only 2 things: Controls can be tricky to use. Squeezing the battery chamber does not seem to work when they are wet with sweat or rain. They can be a little uncomfortable before you get them adjusted well. Otherwise, phenomenal with great battery life.

Don't sit well in the charging pod, so sometimes the left sides just DOESN'T charge completely and dies midway through the day. No warning for low battery, just DEAD which is really annoying. May not be the best choice if you have smaller ears, takes up a lot of real-estate and blocks out ambient noise. Which can be 50/50, but if the point of open ear is to still hear your surroudings, this muffles it quite a bit.

Trying to carry on a phone conversation isn't great. The person on the other end says they can't hear me. Also when trying to use the microphone speak function on the iPhone to dictate texts and such doesn't work well. It only seems to pick up bits and pieces of what I say
