I bought this when it included a free travel case, so I currently use it when traveling. When the blades I already have are gone, this will replace my Fusion Power and become my regular razor. It's very comfortable to use, and the stand is a great feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this GilletteLabs razor with exfoliating bar for a little over a week now and I really like it. I honestly can’t say if the exfoliating bar is doing anything but I’m left with a close shave and no irritation. I like the hefty weight of the razor and also the included stand. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed in this razor.

The razor felt too scratchy as I shaved, almost as if I was scraping and not shaving, and did not move well with the contour of my face. In some areas where I had dry skin the razor nicked me a few times. So the shave is close, but may be a little too close if your face has some uneven or bumpy spots.

After I took my hit shower, I took out this razor and used it with Gillette shaving cream for sensitive skin. This gave me a very close shave without nicking my skin. I have been shaving for the past ... years with razors my wife bought for me (they came in packs of 72). It was a ho-hum experience with some residual stubble and razor burn. My Gillette labs razor was exceptional and enjoyable. It was such a game changing experience that I bought 2 additional razors as gifts. The exfoliating bar, 5 blades and flexible head set a standard that my family all agree are genius. Love, love, love the great product from Gillette Labs.

It gave me a nice smooth clean shave, and I like the way that it made my skin feel afterwards, no razor burn. I love the stand that it comes with and keeps it upright and sanitary. I would absolutely recommend this item, as I have already done with my father and brother in law.
