It has some kind of ball that rotates to get tricky spots. Let's not forget about the base which allows you to put it away with the blade sitting up instead of laying on something. Sharp blades that contours to your skin to cleanly take off what even electric razors can’t. Very comfortable handle, which may become a littler slippery if you are using in a wet environment like the shower. A good tip would be to make sure you use a decent shaving cream too as that will play a huge factor in how smooth it is when shaving. Overall a great value for what you are getting.
