[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette labs really impressed me with this razor. It really transforms the shaving experience in a way I didn’t think was possible. The razors are extremely sharp and the razor just naturally glides across the curves and sharps edges of my face. The exfoliating bar leaves me feeling moisturized after I’m done shaving and helps relieve and sensitivity. This razor is quite impressive. The only downside is that I have to refill the razor cartridge to be able to continue using the same razor grip and stand. The razor refills are somewhat expensive as well. The expense just might be worth it if you crave the perfect shave every time.

Handle is fine, Like the stand, The blades are subpar to Fusion. The blades started to pull after first shave. Could not complete the second shave. I am bald and have been shaving using fusion for years without a problem. Not Prep. Fusion blades last 2-3 weeks or 4-5 shaves. I would not be surprised if these blades are thinner with a sharper bevel angle making the susceptible to tip dulling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently have been using the Gillette Exfoliating Bar Razor. I really like the close shave that I am able to get with it. It really moves along with my face nicely. It has an exfoliating bar feature. I like the idea of it, but not entirely sure if I'm noticing any difference because of it. Big fan of the magnetic stand that it comes with. It actually makes having a razor next to the sink look more high end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this about a month ago, and was a little disappointed. At first by the packaging, it's bulky and excessive. Second is the stand they provide for the razor, it barely secured the razor in place. And lastly, I am reviewing the blades, not the over engineered handle. It shaves well and contours to my face, I have a thick beard so it was nice, but all I need is a handle to secure the blade to, not this futuristic looking thing that adds zero to the shaving experience.

When I do cut it, normally in November to be rebellious, I'll use clippers. This is the first time, in likely a decade, I used a razor on my face after clipping it. I was nervous thinking I'd look like Victim #1 in a horror movie, BUT everything went well. It didn't nick anything and cut smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A stickler for a nice clean shave (for my benefit and my wife’s), I was impressed at the outset of this GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor (the exfoliating bar was a bonus!). If I don’t start my day with that look and feel of a clean shave, I will hear about it. The addition of a new (to me) “docking station” for my razor is a solid touch and has a masculine stylish look to my side of the vanity. Now I will no longer have to worry about resting my razor on something to ensure that is dry and within reach for my next shave. I no longer have that clutter on my side of the vanity! The blades of the razor easily glided over the surface of my skin and left a nice smooth, clean, and close shave. The handle fit comfortably in my hand, and I had no issues with a solid grasp as I shaved. A nice step-up to my daily grooming routine.
