As a man, I typically use razors every two weeks, and I found this one to be exceptionally effective and tidy; there is no way I could revert to the other brand. Loving the auxiliary blade on the side of the razor head to shave “awkward” areas of your face, such as the curve of your mustache/goatee. If they made a sensitive version of this razor, I would probably switch. Any other razor would give me razor bumps, so I can’t use this blade on the regular. The stand is a nice touch and I would use it with my other Gillette razors.

It definitely feels a bit more elevated than your basic razor with a sleek design and a stylish base that holds the razor when not in use, which is a nice touch. When it comes to performance though I found it to be just okay. It got the job done, but the shave didn’t feel as smooth or effortless as what I’m used to with my Dollar Shave Club blades. I noticed I had to go over certain areas more than once to get the closeness I wanted. Maybe it’s due to the blades or the fact that I have thicker hair? Overall, it’s a decent option in a pinch or for travel but it wouldn’t be my go-to razor for everyday use.
