Very comfortable. Only even sizes size up if you're half size. Adds a little height, but not a heel

The cross strap that can't be tightened is too loose! I may have to return.

Very disappointed in this shoe. the straps have sone rough spots on the underneath that scratch the top of the foot. You don't notice it until starts rubbing when you walk. it is what they used to attach the top layer to the bottom layer of the strap and makes it very uncomfortable.
