decent shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good shaver I like the ergonomics. I like the color. It shaves well. Not too harsh on the skin and a decent price. I can't speak on durability as I've only used it once.

Hated the mega blade razor

Got one of these and hated it. It is too large for my face and cut me in multiple places. This is defiantly a case of bigger is not better. Give me back my twin blade

There's nothing more important to us than your safety and satisfaction, so we're truly sorry to hear that you're not a fan of our 5-bladed razor and its size. This isn't what we expect as it's not the number of blades that cause nicks and cuts, but rather a blade being put onto the skin with high pressure at the wrong angle. Having more spring-mounted blades closer together distributes the pressure more evenly across the contours of your face, leading to a more comfortable shave. We have numerous quality and safety checks, but for the best results, we always recommend using warm water, a shave prep, and shaving using light and gentle strokes if you're not already doing these things already. Please discontinue using it. We'd like to make a report to our Safety Team and help. Please call us at 800-445-5388.

On the fence

I received our razors about two weeks and was expecting a closer shave and the blades to last longer. Not much different than our Gillette fusion razors

When using our GilletteLabs Exfoliating Razor, we expect you to notice a quicker smoother shave due to the exfoliating powers it has to offer. While we're sure you know this, this razor works better when the hair is trimmed down, soaked in warm water, and when a pre-shave is applied. Shaving against the grain also helps. Your feedback and satisfaction are important to us, and we'd like to hear from you about this. Please call us at 800-445-5388.

Good razor

It’s a good shaving instrument, but the handle is not easy to hold on to with hands slick with water and gel! I shave my face and head and switching hands is hard, they need to rethink the handle! Three stars is generous!

Enjoying the comfort of a hot towel shave is of the utmost importance to us, Dave. We understand enjoyment first comes with the handle, so we do many tests to ensure it's just right for our users. We're sorry to hear you're not a fan of it, and we'd love to hear your thoughts about it. When you're free, please call us at 800-445-5388.

Gillette Labs is a great razor with amazing glide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing razor and the value for the money is great. It has an exfoliating pad that helps with glide and a great close shave. Plus you get a lifetime warranty for the actual razor
