[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good razor. First, I love the stand that it comes with. Immediately I feel better about not having to lay my razor on the counter between uses. Another good quality about this razor is the build. The handle feels really good compared to disposable or budget razors. The shave itself is great! The blades deliver a really close, superb shave. I have no complaints about that. The exfoliating bar, however, doesn’t seem to deliver much. It gives no feeling or sensation that is worth noting. In closing, if exfoliating is important to you, I wouldn’t rely on this razor for that. However, this is indeed a good quality razor that delivers great shaves.

I am 78. Been using Gillette razors since high school. Recently started using Gillett Labs razors. The first couple were super sharp. Replacement blades were JUNK! It took many more passes and still lots of stubble. Looking for a replacement supplier

They simply know how to do this right, and this razor is exceptional. The handle, stand and razors are just elegant and amazing. Extremely sharp that delivered super smooth shave leaving my skin slippery smooth. You also get +2 cartridges which is icing on the cake.

It is sturdy and solid feeling, gives me the cleanest shave without irritation or cuts and the blades seem to last a long time. I also like the base this one comes with. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor leaves my face feeling smooth like a baby's bottom. It cuts cleanly and safely. It came with a stand where I am able to set the razor down to keep my area clutter free. Over very pleased with this set.

I have used edge for 6 decades but now with the new designed can I just started using is too hard to use. I have to set the can down on the sink and push the button with my whole hand since I can no longer push with my finger. This also leads to getting too much shaving lotion because it is so hard to press. I would have thought Gillette would have tested the ease of use of the can by older people like me. I guess I will have to find a new shaving cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the shave I get with this razor. It has a built in exfoliating bar. I get a close shave without razor burn or bumps. The razor even comes with a little stand to hold it upright. These helps keep water from sitting on it and causing rust. You can keep the handle and buy razor refills for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some pros and cons. Pros- Metal construction with rubber grip. 5 blades. Blade can contour in 4 directions. Leaves a silky feeling. Metal base stand. Cons- only 1 and not with the razor. The way the razor sits in the base. I believe is magnetic but still very loose and can be knocked out of the base very easily, potentially dangerous to your feet.

I have tried using Gillette razors over the years and no matter what I used I got irritation or bumps on my neck. I had to switch to electric foil shavers because of that. I gave this a shot and it did not disappoint. Whatever that little exfoliating bar is, it works! Once its hit with warm water it just glides like melted butter on my skin. No irritation, no bumps, I am a happy guy!
