I like a close shave, and this razor works great. It comes with a built-in exfoliating bar that helps remove debris and dirt off my face before the blades touch my skin, giving me a closer, cleaner shave. The 2D flex of the razor blades contours to the shape of my cheeks and jaw, making perfect contact with my skin. This is a five-blade razor. The razors are thin and flexible and make shaving a smooth experience. They have no issues cutting through my coarse stubble. The diecast zinc metal handle is durable and lightweight. It fits comfortably in my hand. The ribbed rubber grips help to keep my fingers firmly on the razor handle while shaving. I like that this razor comes with a magnetic circular stand that holds my razor upright when I'm finished. It helps to keep it clean and dry for my next use.

The base stand that is included is also a nice touch. The razor provides a smooth and close shave and I particularly like the articulating razor head. However, I do have some critiques. The razor requires a new type of razor head, which means I cannot use the ones I already have. Additionally, I found the exfoliating pad to be ineffective. Despite my appreciation for the razor, I will likely continue using my previous razor to avoid having to purchase the new style of razor head.

I have course hair and my skin sometimes gets dry, but this has done a good job in helping that. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try..
