The flexdisc was fantastic and allowed an effortless glide across the face. The exfoliating bar is an added bonus with this razor, it felt really good. I use a Gillette razor every day and have done so for over a decade, as I started shaving my head daily in 2009. I love their products but this is just too much. The exfoliating bar pushes the blades too close together and they clog easier than the standard 5-blade cartridge. I only used this on my face and neck, which I shave less often, but I'm not sure I've noticed any benefit to the exfoliation. The tilting head seems like a cool concept, but I didn't like it in practice. Made it more difficult to maneuver around my jaw. I also disliked the cartridge-specific handle. I love being able to mix and match heads. The base for the handle also seemed cool in principle, but the magnet is so weak it's useless. Don't bother with any of it.

Not only does it exfoliate your skin while you shave but it also provides you with a close shave without irritating your skin. I have sensitive skin and usually get razor bumps, but with this razor that rarely happens. I would definitely recommend.

I tried this razor with the exfoliating bar and it shaves nice. It has 5 blades and a straight razor on the back which I like. The stand it came with actually works and my favorite part is the rotating blade.
