I was pleased with this blade, and didn't experience any razor burn or other issues. I will say that I didn't notice much of a difference with the exfoliating bar, but that's not a big deal. Although the base is nice, it doesn't fit well on my counter top. Overall this is a solid razor!

The stand is a great touch—it keeps the razor upright and allows the moisturizing strip to dry properly, which helps maintain the blade’s longevity. One unique feature is the rotating disk that lets the blade pivot during shaving. However, I found the internal resistance a bit too strong; it requires more pressure than I typically use, so I couldn’t fully take advantage of the pivoting action. I have a thick beard and it went right thru my 2 day stubble. Handle is easy to hold and the blade glides nice around your neck and jaw area. Very smooth shave with no razor burn. Razor handle is backed by a lifetime warranty.
