I have used edge for 6 decades but now with the new designed can I just started using is too hard to use. I have to set the can down on the sink and push the button with my whole hand since I can no longer push with my finger. This also leads to getting too much shaving lotion because it is so hard to press. I would have thought Gillette would have tested the ease of use of the can by older people like me. I guess I will have to find a new shaving cream.

But this razor did surprise me. Straight out of the package, the razor is solid and well made. The magnetic stand is a nice little touch. This razor is feels good and cuts well. The razor made my neck feel silky smooth and clean. You only get on disposable blade with the razor and refills do cost a bit, I'm willing and happy to pay for quality and performance. I feel this razor is well worth every penny if you're an average shaver wanting a better experience.

Has a nice feel especially with the side to side and back and forth flexibility of the razor head. Also liked the amount of razor blades which helps go over my skin without giving me a razor burn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette really does have the best razors on the market. This one with the exfoliating bar works just as well with the addition of the bar. Handle is well balanced and a good weight that has a nice heft to it. I like the magnetic holder that works well on the shower shelf without falling to the bottom of the shower and falling apart. Was a nice smooth, close shave and the blades rinsed out easily.

It is heavy duty and doesn’t feel like it will break when I use it. This set comes with the razor, 3 blade refills, a magnetic stand and a travel case. It has everything you need in one package. The blades on this razor are really sharp too and they shave super close which I like. It doesn’t leave stubble behind. The exfoliating bar on it is nice too, and removes any dirt from your face before you shave. The handle of the razor is easy to hold and has a nice grip. I like the magnetic stand as well. When you are done, just stick the razor on the stand and you are good to go. The travel case is nice too and comes in handy if you go on a trip. I do recommend this razor. Shaving one's face with a regular 3-5-blade razor is plenty exfoliating on its own without the exfoliating bar attached to this one. I don't like the fact that they've managed to create a new form factor that isn't backwards compatible with the old heads either. But it did its job and was a nice feature to use on one's body as well.

Unfortunately the exfoliating bar didn’t go well against my skin. I’m hoping that others have a much more successful use of this, but it just wasn’t for me.

I like the small cradle for the razor to stand on, keeps your counter clutter free but keeps the razor in easy reach. The shave itself is a smooth finish with the blades lasting about as long as normal blades.
