The blades give a close, comfortable shave with minimal irritation, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. I have sensitive skin and this razor caused no issues with my sensitive skin. The razor does come with a magnetic stand to keep the razor upright and allows it to dry for the next use. I thought this was nice because I normally store my razor with the blades up in order to dry out. The base is definitely heavy enough to hold up the razor and really looks kind of cool. I think it keeps the razor up with some type of magnetic contraption. The components of this razor seem of good quality for what it is intended do and the moving components do allow it to contour your face nicely. Removing and installing the blades are a breeze and everything clicks together nicely and hold firmly during shaving. So far so good and I can not really imagine that much of anything could go wrong with this razor set up from here. I think it does a nice shaving job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Gillette Pro-Glide for some time now and felt it was the best shave I have had. I recently decided to upgrade to the Gillette Lab since seeing a few of the promos. Since I was already happy with my Pro-Glide I wasn't expecting it to me that much better. First shave was good, but I didn't think it was that much better until the day after. I usually shave every day, but the next morning I realized that while I did have slight stubble, it was much less than I normally had, and my face still felt relatively smooth and soft. If I shave every day with Gillette Labs, my face will be extremely smooth. However, it is still smooth enough that I can actually get away with not shaving on consecutive days. This is where I was pleasantly surprised and now believe the Gillette Labs gives me the best shave yet.

The razor even comes with a little stand to hold it upright. These helps keep water from sitting on it and causing rust. You can keep the handle and buy razor refills for it.

The exfoliating blade really works, my skin feels incredibly smooth after just one pass! I also like the magnetic stand - it keeps everything neat. The blades are sharp but gentle. I highly recommend trying it!
