[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using it for three days, this razor has a lot of good going for it. It looks good cradled in the magnetic base. The weight feels good. The handle not only looks good, but it feels good when shaving as well. I like the flexdisc that allows the cartridge to rotate side to side. The shave is a good, clean shave with no tugging or errant nicks. With all of that being said, the razor is good. But in looking at how different everything is with this razor, I feel like this razor should be great and, for me, it really isn't. It's not bad. I just didn't notice an exponentially better shave with this razor than my regular razor that I use which is unfortunate because with as classy as this razor looks and feels, I really wanted to love this more than I do. I wouldn't not recommend it as it is definitely a classy looking razor that gets the job done. But if someone only cares about function, this may not be the only Gillette product worth looking at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i know this is a new product from gillette and so far i love it! the exfoliating bar really helps my skin as i shave! the blades glide across my skin smoothly to give me a nice close shave. it’s very important to have a good razor when shaving and shaping my beard and this one is it!

The razor has a 2D flex disc technology which works great! It makes shaving around the jaw line easier! The cartridge is sharp and works extremely well! The exfoliating bar removes dirt and debris leaving my skin clean, soft, and smooth! Lastly, the stand is magnetic and works great! It keeps the razor clean, dry, and ready to use. This is an excellent quality set, definitely recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smooth easy shave, but i do have a few critiques: the handle is quite slippery so I was constantly scared i was going to drop it, the stand was poor quality, and the included lube strip leaves a slimy residue on my face and mouth. Smooth shave, but scarily slippery handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Gillette with Exfoliating Bar Razor for a few weeks now. I appreciate the close shave it gives. The exfoliating bar gives my face a buffer with the sharp razor, and leaves less chance for razor burn.

I have been using fusion 5 for years and I am a licensed barber. I always tell my clients about this razor. But lately I have noticed that the razors have gone downhill. Not as sharp, and the soap bar is too big . I'm very disappointed and the price is too much for for this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like using this razor by Gillette. It has a nice grip handle. Easy grip feeling in your hand. Also with a nice weight to it and feels very sturdy. The swivel head and exfoliating bar leaves your skin feeling very smooth!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I've started shaving I've bounced from brand to brand and 3-7 blades with all sorts of features but never settled on a consistent razor. This one was a surprise and will be my choice for some time to come it seems. The first thing I noticed when unboxing was the included base. I had expected from the picture it was a plastic disc but was not ready for how solid and sturdy it was, and the weight. It sits firmly where you put it and is a solid display stand for the razor when not in use. The handle is nicely sized and allows for a solid grip no matter what hand or angle you are holding it at. Makes it easier to get into corners and specific angles. I've only used the first blade til now and it has held up after a few weeks of shaving and does not seem to be letting up and wearing out yet. Still have the smooth clean shave from the first round. The exfoliating bar I've not noticed as a useful or noticeable feature, but I've yet to find many or any razors who has a substantial bar.
