Ordered shoes online, one shoe was a size 9 the other shoe was a size 10. The shoes were tied together with factory packaging. Sams club don't offer reorder only refund. They should substitute another pair of shoes.

I absolutely love Skechers, but these are horrible. They hurt my feet %26 uncomfortable. I thought at first they just needed to be broken in. My feet still hurt 4-5 days later.

The product has a good price and an appealing design. However, the bungee cords were overly tight, causing discomfort on the top of my feet. Despite trying to wear them around the house, I couldn't achieve a comfortable fit. Additionally, I found the shoes to be somewhat narrow, even with lightweight socks. Consequently, I decided to return them.
