[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for Christmas, greatest purchase ever. I like the active noise canceling and the app that comes with it. I like how you can use it wired without the unit being on.

Way less comfortable than the older version. Not felt in the inner top part, so it's way less stable. Mic for phone calls is less clear. Feels significantly less "soft"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will now be the 6th pair of noise canceling headphones that I’ve purchased for my family. They are an essential component of working, studying, calls and enjoying music.

These are the third set of Bose headphones I have owned (QuietComfort 2, 15. and the newest one with no number). They are all still working well. This new one with Bluetooth and no wires is the best!

Good sounds and ANC. Terrible microphone for phone call, people on the other can hear all the background noise during phone call. I can't even use it for phone call in the office.

Every day I learn something new i can do with my headphones. The cable connection makes my music sound excellent. I plan to upgrade to the ultra for the spacial sound.

Bose always stands by their products. While I’ve done through a few pairs, they are amazing sound and noise cancellation quality… they stop working after a bit. But Bose has always done right to replace.

Amazing sound and awesome noise cancellation technology. I bought them to replace my original Bose QC15 headphones. They still work fine, and I just wanted to upgrade to Bluetooth.They are amazing!

Love them for mowing.
