Bought the product in August 23 and only use when traveling. Would not charge when I tried in February 24. Chatted with support and have a new set on the way.

Love these. Use them every day. Have a broken bone in my foot. They keep peace in the family while I watch videos on my phone and they don't have to listen.

Was given this for Christmas. Difference between day and night with my old headphones. Noise cancellation is very good, don't hear whit noise people, or laundry machine. Dynamic range is good and the fit is good for hours.

Happy with it, it's comfortable and the noise cancellation is good. Battery live is overall good. What I don't like is that multiple connections really loves my laptop and I hardly want to be connected to it.

I haven't had/listen to music through headphones in close to 50 years. I didn't realize how much I missed headphones and oh boy have they come a long way Thank you Bose and Santa
