Love the new colors

Purchased as a gift for my husband to replace an ancient pair that still worked ! During a previous sale I purchased a pair for myself for travel and he was a little jelly. Now he is up to date and he loves them, especially the color ! The noise cancelling feature worked so well on our long flight I will never travel without them.

Love the fit and sound…but…

Love most everything about these, fit, sound and how it functions (for the most part) - BUT the fact that you cannot disconnect them from Spotify is SUPER annoying. I play Spotify over my home speakers during my workday. I bought these headphones for their comfort for work calls as I have developed some kind of outer ear pain that is exacerbated by most over the ear headphones. These are actually very comfortable and don't make the pain worse. But when I turn them on they very frequently will start playing Spotify, interrupting my home sound system, when the Bluetooth connects to my phone. I've tried EVERYTHING recommended to get this to stop and it just can't. This first world annoyance problem is causing me to drop 2 stars for an otherwise 5 star product.

Love the noise cancelling

This is my third pair and I love all of them. I have always wanted a pink pair so when I saw this one I couldn't resist. When going to a baseball game they come in handy since they are noise cancelling and keep the music/announcements from the game toned down.

hard to figure out without instructions or diagram

I had difficulty figuring out how to get started since there are NO instructions or diagrams included with the headphones. By trial and error I finally located the power button and I THINK I have figured out how to use the quiet feature. It would help to have a diagram of which buttons are for each feature. I have yet to actually use the headphones but will do so when I take an airplane in a couple of days.
