It drowns out everything—kids yelling, dogs barking, my husband asking what’s for dinner (sorry, babe, didn’t hear you). If you’re someone who needs focus, relaxation, or just an escape from the world, these deliver. Now, let’s talk comfort. True to the name, these are like wearing clouds on your ears. I’ve had them on for hours, whether I’m working, traveling, or pretending I can’t hear my responsibilities, and they never get uncomfortable. The ear cups are soft, and they don’t clamp down on your head like some headphones do. Sound quality? Chef’s kiss. The audio is crisp, the bass is rich without being overpowering, and every little detail in my favorite songs comes through beautifully. Whether I’m jamming out to music, watching a movie, or listening to a podcast about why my ex was a narcissist (kidding… kind of), these make everything sound incredible. Battery life is also solid—I can go days without charging, which is great because I always forget until the last minute. And the Bluetooth connection? Flawless. No weird lag or random disconnects, just smooth, uninterrupted listening. Are they a little pricey? Sure. But honestly? Worth every penny. Have had these less than a month…being a first time user to headphones… I wish there were some simple instructions to use all the buttons. When I contacted someone from Bose (via texting) for questions I had - they kept answering something else. I told them I was ready to return the headphones. I am slowly learning the best use - but still feel there are features I am missing

Originally bought a pair ~2 years ago on sale, they worked perfectly the whole time I had them before they were stolen a year later. Finally decided to replace them and the noise cancellation on the new ones is no where near as good. Disappointing especially having paid twice the price this time. The old ones were great for studying in crowded areas. With these, even on the highest setting I can still hear just one person talking at a normal volume in the same room. The audio is good quality still but given that the noise cancellation barely works, definitely not worth the price.

I've had multiple brands of headphones over the years (Beats, Marshall). In terms of sound quality, Bose are the best. The only negative aspect is: when you have these around your neck while not in use, if you do not either switch off power or switch from aware mode to quiet mode... you get a lot of high pitch feedback. Not the end of the world, minor point. Support issue: I wanted to add the insurance coverage after receiving the headphones. I had also purchased the QuietComfort earbuds and wanted to add coverage for both products. I was told you can only add coverage during the initial purchase at checkout. The solution was to return the products and repurchase including insurance. This is inconvenient, so I did not bother. A better solution would be to give the owner up to 60 days to add coverage, like Apple does. 30 days, 14 days, 7 days.... any grace period is better than nothing.

You must buy these! They are so incredibly comfortable, I can wear them for hours without issue. I love the difference between the active and quiet modes. I’ve been using AirPods for years but wanted to try noise cancelling headphones for when I listen to audiobooks or just need some “quiet” after a busy day with the kids. These are game changer and the chilled lilac color is beautiful.

Been using this for almost 3 years. Sound is great and it really is quiet. One side of the headphone starts going on and off, and when I contacted the customer service they resolved the issue right away. Better than I expected, I should say. So, I’m very very happy

I bought these headphones a few weeks ago, and I've used them on a couple flights. They have excellent nose cancelling and great sound! When using wired connection to the plane, the volume needs to be turned up. I almost thought they didn't work, but just needed to turn the volume up using the buttons. I do wish they came with the airplane adapter, but that's ok. For phone calls and meetings, they work well if the environment is reasonably free if other voices(in a remote meeting, where people are across the from you talking, their voices are picked up) Overall, I love the color and the headphones. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

The sound quality is incredible, the noice cancellation stunned me (just like the demo on Bose's website), and the 24-hour battery life is excellent. I was so impressed that I upgrade to the QuietComfort Ultra, expecting a small difference, but Bose sorprised me again. The Ultra model offers a sightly warmer and more immersive sound, engancing the listening experience. I really appreciated the additional features, especially the improved aware mode, which offers higher-quality ambient sound.
