I am a survivor of a severe traumatic brain injury. Loud noise or a cacophony of sounds can really bother me. Noise cancelling headphones were recommended. I purchased these and they have been a dream! I love the security of knowing if a situation gets loud or crazy I have these. Listening to music is great also!

They're my first pair of noise cancelling ones, and it's been seriously life changing. Great for working without distractions, amazing for flying, especially overnight long ones where the noise cancelling does wonders. Crisp great sound quality, super comfortable to wear for extended periods. Can't live without them.

I have had these for about two weeks now. This is my first set of real headphones. My first reaction was they feel very light. Once in my hand they felt very flimsy and I felt like I might break them easily. The set up instructions were easy and the app helped me dial in the sound I was looking for. The sound itself is decent but I’m only basing this off of cheap headphones. The noise cancellation works great indoors - just ask my wife! I have used them at the beach this week and they worked very good with canceling out the wind noise. I have had some random crackling noises while watching YouTube videos but I will keep an eye out for that in the future. Overall I am satisfied for the price I paid. I think there is some room for improvement but overall im satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Bose noise canceling quiet comfort headset a couple of months ago. It’s the best headset I’ve had to date. They reduce external noise very well and hold a charge for a long time. They’re a bit pricey but if you can wait for sales (i.e. Black Friday), you may find a significant price reduction. I highly recommend them.

I bought these for myself as a birthday present because Ive ALWAYS wanted a pair of Bose headphones. It was even better that the headphones were on the holiday sale when I got them. The sound quality is really good and so is the noise cancellation, and I really like that in the app they have the EQ settings that you can change your audio to your liking. These are my very first pair and they live up the their reviews no doubt! I would say the only thing that I have an issue with the noise cancellation. When your in the car with the windows down, while having NC on, the audio tends to glitch from the wind. I dont know if thats just my pair, but it makes it hard to act like the main character in a music video when in the car lol. I also found that when you have multiple devices connected to your headphones the audio randomly cuts in and out as well. This issue can be solved by only having one device connected, but it does get tedious having to connect and disconnect every time I want to use them on a different device. Overall these are my favorite headphones ever, and Im happy with my purchase!!

The noise cancelling feature of the Bose QuietComfort Headphones are a gamechanger. I know enjoy watching movies and playing music without the numbness that I used to experience with other headphones. I am loving them!!!

I got these about 8 months ago and they are better than my QCII. These drop my bluetooth connection all the time, when there is a lot of bass they get distorted and start crackling. They also adjust the sound of my music - I'll be listening to a song and it sounds like my headphones aren't adjusted right to the equalizer and then mid song it will kick in. They will shut off on their own even when my battery is 100%. they sound good when everything is working.

Have had these less than a month…being a first time user to headphones… I wish there were some simple instructions to use all the buttons. When I contacted someone from Bose (via texting) for questions I had - they kept answering something else. I told them I was ready to return the headphones. I am slowly learning the best use - but still feel there are features I am missing

I already knew that I would love these headphones, as I had pair of QC35 for about 7 years before they eventually quit on me. They’re my favorite noise-canceling headphones, and they’re the only ones I will use! Plus, the color is just beautiful! I got the white ones, and I just love the way they look.

I purchased the headphones for a long trip for the noise canceling feature, because I wear hearing aid’s. The cups fit over my heating aid’s. A large plus is the sound quality is fantastic. Only problem is app doesn’t work on I-phones that can’t be updated past IOS 16 or higher.
