I have the quiet comfort 2nd Gen and bought the normal quiet comfort for my sisters birthday, absolutely love them both always been a Bose fan Top quality.

I love the comfortability and clarity of the headphones. However, I have to rate lower than 5 because there is no difference between the quiet and awake mode. I can still clearly hear the same amount of noise when it's set on quiet.

Bought two a month ago, sound is awesome, my only gripe is that the unit could be made sturdier. In essence they are a bit dainty as though a drop might damage the unit.

I don’t like headphones in general but very glad my husband bought these for me. Used this on four plane rides to and from the east coast to Hawaii. They were excellent! The noise cancelling was wonderful & battery life was great!
