Great sound.

I purchased these headphones to help drown out the noise around me. I'm a mom, work full time, and go to school full time, so it's important I find quiet to get work done, as you can imagine, this isn't always easy in a busy house. These headphones are extremely comfortable. I wear them while wearing glasses and have no issues like I've had in the past with other headphones. The sound is amazing on these headphones. My only complaint is the noise-cancelling aspect. I bought these because the reviews had me convinced they would be better than my AirPod Pros. As of right now, almost a month in, I'm not seeing them being much better at all. Either way, I'm keeping these because sometimes you just want to use headphones instead of earbuds.

If Only…

If only I had bought these much earlier, I would be able to have more audio freedom during long MS Teams meetings. So nice to drown out the noise around me so I can listen and concentrate on what is being said as well as being able to walk around. The quality of the audio is second to none and I once again love my music. The best part of the Bose headphones is connecting to multiple devices at the same time.

Good Features, tight fit.

I really like how it auto connects to my LG G5 TV, the sound quality, the easy app to use, and the sound control features that I can figure out. I’d give it a 5 but it’s kind of TIGHT on my head & ears. Am I suppose to connect it to my desktop & internet to download any features or upload hardware changes? I can’t figure out how to adjust the sound differentiation for each ear - even if I can.

Incredible

I upgraded from my 2017 Around Ear II and what a HUGE difference in sound. I really love the quiet features that you can turn off and on, and adjust. I bought the pink one (petal) and I just wish it was pinker, like the ads. Its lighter than i thought it would be.

Mixed bag

I'm happy with the sound quality of all my Bose headphones. However despite careful handling, the ear pieces get loose and hang by the wire. U can't reattach and they flop around. Its happened with 2 sets already. If it happens with these I won't be buying any more Bose headphones. Also why do prices change with color?? They cost too much to break so easily. They are unusable once the ear piece becomes detached from the head band.

Comfortable, great noise cancellation, nice sound

These QuiteComfort headphones are the third pair of Bose noise cancellation headphones I have owned over the years. I travel internationally a lot and wanted to get something really small and light, so a couple of years ago I tried the in-ear ones. Unfortunately, although they were superb in both noise cancellation and sound, my ears do not take ear buds, and they kept falling out. That's an issue with all ear buds for me. So I gave those to my wife and now have these over-the-ear QuietComfort headphones. Wonderful! They do an excellent job of shutting out external noise (jet engines), give you the option of the 'aware' mode (Sir, are you ready for your gin and tonic?), are very comfortable, and produce excellent sound. I don't generally use them with my phone so I can't say how they do in that regard. The case is certainly much larger than that for the ear buds, and I do only carry-on. But I make it work because, well, they are Bose! That says it all!

I’m enjoying them

The Bluetooth interface and the sound quality are all great! The toggle from aware and quiet mode really showcase how efficient quiet is at noise cancellation. My only complaint is while the headphone pads feel comfortable on my ears at first, I can’t wear them too long because they do start to hurt after a while.

Best headset I have owned so far

I love these headsets. First super comfy. Second it was the simplest BT best connection ever. Third the app makes it easy to switch between sources so i keep my phone connected always and use the app on it to switch the second connection between my work laptop, my personal laptop, my gaming pc or the tv. I actually prefer these to the more expensive ones because the volume up and down is physical so i can feel them during a meeting or gaming.

Impressive Headphones with Some Quirks

Good headphones. Not great but decent noise canceling. Immersive sound. Slightly heavy but I have back and neck issues and can’t use earbuds due to ringing in the ears. The top pad does hurt my head after wearing for 45 minutes.I keep having to adjust where the pad rests when wearing for long periods of time.

Very questionable

I bought them on 05/19/25 and to date I am less than pleased. I have another set of Bose my son gave me as a Christmas gift sever years ago that work great and stll use them a lot. They work fine so I thought I would buy a newer set axpexcting the same performance or better. I am so disappointed withh my new Quitcomfort headphones. I have already had to return them for repair which I am hoping they come back working as I expect. I will have to see when I get them back. When I tried to use the new set they wouldn't work like my current set. When I tried to talk with Bose I was told I would have to download an AP and progam them but I could only do that either a I Phone or a I Pad of which I have neither. See where I going not well.
