I purchased this car seat the end of January not even 6 months ago. The magnetic chest clip has already broken. It will not stay clipped anymore. Unfortunately all they decided to do was send me a new chest clip that is impossible to replace and will more than likely break again. After watching videos and reading reviews about this car seat this has happened multiple times. This is not the first car set I have purchased from them but this is definitely the most disappointing one. They are not worried about the safety of your child if they keep making the same piece that is constantly breaking.

I did a lot of research on car seats for my son and this one checked all the boxes. I have only used it for about a month so far and my son is 9 months old. The rotation feature and ease of installation has been excellent so far. I have yet to wash the fabrics, that will determine how easy it is to clean. My son seems comfortable in the seat. So far I have zero complaints.

I’ve had this car seat for two years and each year the magnet chest clip fails and stops securing so the chest that will just pop open. I had it replaced a year ago and it failed again. Now I have to buy a different car seat because I’m not going to guess whether it’s going to secure my child or not if we get in a crash. For as expensive as this car seat is, this is a huge failure and a huge safety concern. Do not buy this car seat.

We switched to this car seat from an infant car seat. It has made our life much easier. It’s very user-friendly and easy to operate. It’s very heavy so it was difficult to carry and install in the car. But other than that, everything else is great. We specifically like the magnetic chest buckle.

I love my Fit360 car seat. It makes putting my grandkids in and out of their car seat so much easier on my back. I also love that I can change it from rear facing to forward facing by simply pushing a button - so much easier than switching out the entire seat for my different grandkids!

We took advantage of a great sale on this car seat and bought one for both cars to help make it easier to get our daughter in and out of the car (especially with me being pregnant at the moment). While it does have some great features and the rotation is helpful, the amount of space it requires is a major downfall. My husband drives a Tesla Model Y and while the passenger seat has to be further forward than preferred, it is doable. I, however, drive a Grand Cherokee L (3 rows), so I assumed I would have plenty of space, but I was terribly wrong. I am 5' 2", and am not able to have it behind the driver seat. We have it behind the passenger seat, and even with my husband being average height, he is not able to sit in the front seat with how far forward we have to have the seat. If there was a way to be able to adjust the tilt, that would help some, but that is not a feature available on this seat. Once she is at the weight when we can turn her forward facing, I'm sure it will be better, but we are still a long way away from that. I will say that install is easy and she seems very comfortable sitting in this seat, I just have extreme buyers guilt and get angry every time I see how far forward my front seat it. But I am assuming since I took it out of the box, I can no longer return it. We have a long car ride coming up, but will need to go back to the convertible car seat we were using previously, in order for us to all be able to fit. All that to say, if you are looking at getting this car seat, I highly suggest you triple measure that you have enough room for it to still work for your family's needs. From my extensive research prior to buying (obviously not quite enough), it seems like some other brand's rotating car seats don't require as much space, and I wish I would have gone that route. Also want to add that we don't have the zipper version of this seat, but I would highly suggest that version if within your budget. The first time I had to take the cover off the wash (which of course was right after getting it), it was THE WORST experience trying to get it back on using the tabs that hold it in place.

This is my first time using a car seat in more than 30 years. Wow, the upgrades that have been made are wonderful. The rotating feature if amazing, it allows easy access to the child and puts less stress on your back and arms. I love the push button to lengthen the straps, makes it easy to strap the child into the car seat and then to tighten the straps. The fabric is soft and seems durable. Do you know how hard it was to install car seats 30 years ago? This is extremely easy to install and when installed it is very sturdy, doesn't move around. I feel like my grandbaby is safe and secure in this seat and that give me piece of mind. I also purchased the Chicco mirror that fits right on the car seat and love it too. The only downside to this car seat (and it is probably the same for most rear facing car seats) is the front to back foot print, it takes up a lot of space. I drive a Tahoe and the front seat needs to be pushed forward quite a bit in order for the car seat to not touch the back of the front seat. Someone can still sit there but there is limited room.

We love this carseat! We’ve been using it for about 6 months now (transitioned when my son was about 11 months old) and it’s been everything I’ve wanted and more in a carseat. Turns so easy and my son seems very comfortable in it and can nap easily on longer drives. I was worried it would be too big for the passenger to ride comfortably but that’s not an issue at all. I drive a GMC Terrain and it fits very well. We got the non-rotating Chico car seat for my husbands car an I wish we would have just spent the extra amount to get 2 of these. Highly recommend!

I really liked this car seat but it is not safe. The magnet in the chest clip has not been holding which is super dangerous. After a year of use it's really hard to get it to stay in locked. I am not sure it would hold up in an accident when is very scary.

Somewhat hard to adjust straps and loosen - love the versatility of this seat have grands ,9,5,4,3,1,3 weeks
